- Manage the front desk, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls
- Maintain patient files and ensure accurate documentation
- Collaborate with therapists to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction
- Timely submissions of all claims to insurance companies and follow ups regarding unpaid claims
- Assisting the Physiotherapists as needed Primary Requirements
- PTA/Admin experience in a clinical setting
- Some experience with Allied health billing/ scheduling and administrative duties
- Background and interest in exercise knowledge and health promotion
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Good time management, multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility in availability, some Saturdays required along with weekday availability.
- Commute required between 2 locations
- Whitby and Ajax( not same day) We provide:
- Physiotherapy, Pelvic Floor Rehab, Occupational Therapy, Massage therapy, Sports Injury Rehabilitation, Medical Acupuncture

- A fun team that is a pleasure to work with Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
