Job description
Rotech Pumps is a global leader in the manufacturing and supply of industrial pumps and fluid handling solutions. With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we deliver reliable and efficient pumping solutions to industries worldwide. Product lines include ANSI B73.1 pumps, and other centrifugal and PD pumps. Provides in-depth technical information and support to distributors and/or end-users who require assistance with system design and technical hydraulics. Utilize technical knowledge to provide rapid, accurate and efficient answers to incoming inquiries. Position requires excellent time management skills to handle large volume of inquiries. Responsible for establishing accurate prioritization of work to provide timely answers to all customers. Creates and maintains Applications Engineering data base in conjunction with distributors to assist in promoting products. Maintain, review and analyze quotes data base to insure timely follow up and appropriate support as needed. Provides documents and records for non-catalog products. Coordinates production of same with appropriate departments and execute Sales Orders. Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Application question(s):
