What You'll Do
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair BMW vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Utilize advanced BMW diagnostic equipment and technology to accurately identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
- Work with our Service Advisors and fellow technicians to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation.
- Stay current with evolving BMW technology, including electric vehicles, hybrid systems, and advanced driver-assistance features.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. What We're Looking For
- Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician certification required.
- Previous BMW or European automotive experience considered a strong asset.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with modern vehicle electronics and computerized diagnostic systems.
- A commitment to quality workmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver's licence.
