Working Hours
Monday
- Thursday: 7:45am
- 5:00pm Occasional Fridays (Rotating Schedule): 7:45am
- 3:30pm

- Dental Receptionist
Experience:
1 year (Required)
- Customer Service or Hospitality: 1-2 Years (Preferred) Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors positively with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients and staff with billing questions.
- Maintain patient records and update electronic records.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized.
