- Process trial and demo requests and maintain complete company and contact records.
- Keep lead status, CRM data, and sales documentation accurate and current. Quotes, Renewals & Scheduling
- Prepare standard quotations, proposals, and renewal documents.
- Schedule discovery calls and demos, coordinate calendars, and manage rescheduling.
- File contracts and support recurring commercial workflows. Pre-Sales & Vendor Documentation
- Complete customer security questionnaires and standard pre-sales forms.
- Support vendor onboarding and procurement documentation.
- File contracts and maintain records
- Coordinate required input from Product, Customer Success, and technical teams. What You’ll Bring
- Experience (3+ years) in Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Support, or Commercial Administration, or similar roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
- Experience with CRM systems, quotations, scheduling, and sales processes.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence interacting with prospects. Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
- Familiarity with security questionnaires, vendor onboarding, or procurement processes. Our Benefits
