Key Responsibilities
- Perform various skilled manual tasks in carpentry assistance, concrete prep, drywall touch-ups, framing, and site cleanup.
- Operate and safely maintain power tools and hand tools (e.g., circular saws, hammer drills, nail guns, grinders).
- Assist with material handling, loading, unloading, and staging construction supplies on-site.
- Execute rough and finish work preparation, temporary protection installation, and light repair work.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors, tradespeople, and project managers.
- Assist in site inspections, quality control checks, and punch-list completion prior to handovers. Qualifications & Skills

Experience:
2+ years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Tools: Basic understanding of construction tools, machinery, and equipment safety.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently, stand, bend, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Working at Heights / Fall Protection certification (*preferred)*.
- First Aid / CPR certification *(optional/preferred)*.
