About the Role
• We are seeking a Senior Advisor – Operational & Closure Readiness to support a major SAP S/4HANA / Modern ERP transformation.
• The role will coordinate and enable Subject Matter Expert (SME) activities for the Move & Sell function, ensuring readiness activities are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
• You will act as the day-to-day operational coordinator for Testing, Training, Pre
- and Post-Cutover, and Hypercare activities, working closely with readiness leads, regional change teams, local site representatives, and SMEs, including trainers and testers.
• The successful candidate will ensure activities are well planned, locally enabled, effectively tracked, and that risks, issues, and dependencies are escalated appropriately.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain activity plans, task lists, trackers, and SME deliverables.
• Act as the primary coordination point between SMEs and Product Group Readiness Leads.
• Support SME mobilization for regional readiness activities.
• Coordinate SME schedules and ensure activities are properly planned and sequenced.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, technology, travel, and other readiness requirements.
• Engage local site representatives to incorporate site-specific requirements and constraints.
• Track readiness activities, dependencies, risks, issues, and deadlines.
• Support execution through testing, training, cutover, and hypercare.
• Escalate issues and dependencies to the appropriate readiness leadership. Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and operational environments.
• Strong confidence engaging and coordinating with SMEs and senior stakeholders.
• Project management experience with strong planning and coordination skills.
• Experience in Commercial Services or Shared Services environments.
• Understanding of end-to-end Deal-to-Contract and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Hands-on SAP experience.
• Experience coordinating ERP readiness, deployment, transformation, or change activities.
• Experience working with multiple SMEs, business teams, and site-based stakeholders.
• Strong ability to plan, schedule, track, and coordinate execution activities.
• Experience managing logistics, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
