Spier & Mackay is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Creative Production Coordinator to plan and coordinate photoshoots, studio operations, styling, and photography samples while supporting the day-to-day needs of our creative team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of the planning and coordination required to keep creative production organized, efficient, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate photoshoots from pre-production through shoot day and completion.
• Develop and manage shoot schedules, timelines, shot lists, and production requirements.
• Plan and coordinate with photographers, stylists, models, and other creative team members.
• Coordinate day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, organization, setup, and shoot preparation.
• Plan and manage photography samples, including requesting, receiving, tracking, organizing, preparing, and returning products.
• Coordinate product and sample pulls for upcoming photoshoots.
• Ensure all required products and samples are prepared and available ahead of scheduled shoots.
• Maintain an organized photography sample area and studio environment.
• Assist with product preparation, including organizing and steaming garments when required.
• Coordinate styling requirements and ensure necessary clothing, accessories, and products are available for each shoot.
• Track outstanding photography needs and ensure products are photographed according to schedule.
• Work closely with the creative, marketing, and eCommerce teams to prioritize photography requirements.
• Support additional creative production and studio projects as required.
• Qualifications
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and moving parts simultaneously.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on creative environment.
• Experience in creative production, photography, fashion, eCommerce, studio coordination, or a related field is an asset.
• Familiarity with apparel or menswear is an asset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a creative team.
