What You'll Do
• Build and launch new AI-powered products and features.
• Explore generative AI across text, image, voice and automation.
• Integrate AI models, APIs and third-party technologies.
• Develop backend functionality and software integrations.
• Research emerging technologies and turn ideas into working solutions.
• Collaborate with our development team to bring products from concept to production.
• Contribute ideas and help shape the evolution of our SaaS platform. Who We're Looking For You're ambitious, curious and excited about the possibilities of AI. You take initiative, solve problems independently and enjoy turning ideas into reality. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, welcome feedback and want to take on increasing responsibility as you grow. Ideally, you'll bring:
• Education or practical experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java or similar.
• Understanding of APIs, databases and web development.
• Exposure to generative AI, LLMs or AI integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly. Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL or SaaS development is an asset. You don't need to know everything. Salary:
$60,000 CAD annually
• Employment: Full-time, salaried
• Initial Term: 6 months, with potential for continued long-term employment based on performance and business needs. IRAP Eligibility Requirements This position is supported through the National Research Council of Canada's Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP). Applicants must:
