• Prepare accurate and competative eatimates within set deadlines
• Review 2D drawings, 3D models and customer specifications with precision and attention to detail
• Collaborate with shop and office personnel
• Maintain organized project and estimating files
• Greet and jelp walk-in customers
• Provide administrative support to the estimating and sales workflow (data entry, filing, etc.) Skills & Experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Telephone/email etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to visialize three-dimensional objects from two-dimensional drawings (blueprint reading)
• Strong attention to detail while managing conflicting priorities
• Personable with excelllent English verbal and written communication skills
• Peoficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Previous estimating experience is considered an asset but is not required
