Description: Job Title: Scale Finance, Senior Project Manager Reports To: Senior Director, xScale Finance Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing a portfolio of high-impact xScale Finance projects across joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, and capital markets initiatives. This role requires a proactive, delivery-focused project leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive complex initiatives from initiation through completion. The Senior Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered with disciplined execution, clear governance, robust stakeholder management, and consistent application of project management best practices. The role is also responsible for establishing, maintaining, and complying with governance structures, project standards, reporting mechanisms, and controls to support successful delivery across the xScale Finance project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
PMO:
• Provide portfolio leadership across xScale Finance projects, ensuring disciplined execution, strong governance, and consistent delivery standards.
• Establish and embed project governance structures, methodologies, reporting mechanisms, and best practices to support effective project execution.
• Maintain clear portfolio oversight, including milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and delivery status across active initiatives.
• Ensure project controls and governance requirements are consistently applied and complied with throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage senior stakeholders to provide clear updates, support timely decision-making, and escalate key risks or blockers as required.
• Promote a delivery-focused, fast-paced environment that enables projects to progress effectively from initiation through completion. Direct Project Execution:
• Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic xScale JV finance projects, ensuring structured planning, disciplined execution, and timely completion of milestones.
• Coordinate project activities for joint ventures, refinancing, and capital markets transactions, working closely with Tax, Controllership, Treasury and Capital Markets teams.
• Maintain project governance and tracking mechanisms, ensuring decisions, deliverables, and dependencies are documented and monitored.
• Lead due diligence activities across financial, tax, legal, and operational workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk registers.
• Communicate project objectives, progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, including executive-level reporting.
• Apply advanced project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, PMI, PRINCE2).
• Plan and manage cutover activities to ensure seamless transitions and readiness for transaction close. Qualifications and

Experience:
• 8+ years of project management experience, with significant exposure to leading Finance PMO in relation to Joint venture, M&A or capital markets.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing project management best practices and governance.
• Proven track record of executive stakeholder management and communication.
• Deep understanding of JV, Joint venture, M&A or capital markets project lifecycle and activities
• CPA qualification or equivalent professional accounting designation or Finance operational experience is highly preferred
• Experience collaborating with external advisors, including investment banks, legal counsel, tax advisors, and consultants
• Advanced proficiency with planning and portfolio management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Project Management certification required. Additional Details:
