Role Description As a Personal Support Worker, you will make a meaningful difference in clients’ daily lives by providing respectful, hands-on care in their homes or care facilities. You will support personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility, while helping to maintain each client’s comfort, safety, dignity, and independence. Success in this role requires accurate care documentation, clear and compassionate communication with clients, families, and supervisors, consistent adherence to care plans and safeguarding protocols, and effective collaboration with other members of the care team.
