- Plan various animation and entertainment activities to keep participants active and engaged throughout the event (bingo, zumba, themed tours, etc.)
- Plan and manage all aspects of entertainment on the day of the event
- Book sound equipment
- Book entertainers
- Build the entertainment program
- Work with the Event Experience, Coordinator to ensure that equipment and support are in place for all planned activities
- Book and manage the entertainment program
- Build the entertainment program
- Book an excellent Master of Ceremonies and work with the Ceremonies Manager to set up the schedule
- Organize the children's corner
- Work with the Community Outreach, Coordinator to provide all materials required to deploy the CCS mission.
