Job Description
– Java Backend Developer Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers, QA, and product teams.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in Java (8+ or higher).
• Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and ORM frameworks.
• Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
