• Build and own monthly management reporting, including consolidated financials, forecasts, variance analysis and KPIs.
• Lead the annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes.
• Partner with business leaders to understand results, challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities.
• Track development project costs, budgets, cash flow and cost-to-complete.
• Prepare lender reporting, covenant calculations and compliance reporting.
• Help implement our new accounting system, building reporting and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. What You Bring:
• CFA or CPA designation, with 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 7+ years in real estate development and construction.
• Strong experience with financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting and consolidated financial statements across multiple entities.
• Solid understanding of development accounting, project budgets, cost-to-complete, lender reporting and covenant requirements.
• Proven ability to build management reporting, KPI dashboards and budgeting processes from the ground up.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience building structured, auditable financial models and scenario analyses.
• Strong communicator who can translate financial results into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and work effectively across the business.
• Experience with ERP reporting, FP&A tools, automation and/or Power BI is an asset. What Will Make You Successful:

Salary:
$140,000–$165,000 per year. The final salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications.
