Director, Web Development & Design
Build the digital future. Design extraordinary experiences.
Fleurs de Villes brings flowers, fashion, art and culture together through extraordinary fresh-floral experiences. Working with exceptional local floral talent, we transform iconic venues and city destinations into exhibitions that celebrate creativity, tell compelling stories and connect people through the beauty of flowers.
Our work spans cultural institutions, historic estates, luxury retail destinations and international entertainment partnerships—bringing ambitious ideas to life with beautiful design and meticulous execution.
As we expand internationally, we are growing our team and seeking someone with a distinctive combination of website development, graphic design and technical problem-solving skills.
This is a unique opportunity to shape both the digital platforms and visual presence of Fleurs de Villes—from websites and ecommerce to exhibition identities, advertising, traditional print and large-format signage—while supporting the technology that keeps our global team connected.
The opportunity
We are looking for a technically strong web developer with exceptional graphic design skills and the ambition to help build a growing creative and technical team.
Your primary focus will be developing and maintaining our website, show microsites and connected platforms, alongside designing compelling work across digital and traditional print formats. You will also provide practical IT and systems support across the company.
This is a hands-on leadership position with significant growth and team-building potential. As Fleurs de Villes expands, you will help establish our web development and design standards, identify specialist resources and shape a team to support our evolving needs.
