Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA/Testers.
• Define program objectives, roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Manage budgets, resources, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Communicate program status and progress to clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Ensure adherence to governance standards, delivery methodologies, and best practices.
• Coordinate with technology partners and vendors. 🔹 Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in program/project management, technology delivery, consulting, or systems integration.
• Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and program dependencies.
• Exposure to enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, Cloud, Data & Analytics.
