We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team, with a strong focus on UiPath and automation solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to design, guide, and deliver end-to-end automation and AI-enabled solutions. This is a client-facing role that sits at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and pre-sales, ensuring that proposed solutions are both technically sound and executable in real-world environments. Role /

Responsibilities:
• Design end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, aligned with business and technical requirements
• Define architecture, standards, and reusable frameworks for automation and AI-enabled solutions
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and delivery plans
• Lead the lifecycle of solutions from discovery through design, development, testing, and deployment
• Provide technical oversight to development teams, including guidance and code reviews
• Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, client presentations, and proposal input
• Contribute to shaping new opportunities by aligning solutions with client needs
• Drive continuous improvement, scalability, and innovation across automation solutions

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath as a developer
• 4+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role within RPA or automation
• Strong understanding of automation architecture, including UiPath best practices and framework design
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end automation solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured, practical technical solutions
• Experience working in client-facing environments
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Experience providing technical guidance or oversight to development teams Nice To Have:
• Experience with additional programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, or similar)
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or agentic automation concepts
• Experience in consulting or professional services environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Background in software development or engineering
