Calgary ,AB Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, and cybersecurity domain knowledge to support business initiatives and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and document business and functional requirements, including BRDs, FRDs, and User Stories.
• Analyze current-state and future-state processes, conduct gap analysis, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business, cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams to align solutions with business objectives.
• Define KPIs, success criteria, and business cases to support decision-making.
• Support UAT, change management, project delivery, and post-implementation reviews.
• Maintain requirements traceability and ensure solutions meet business expectations. Must-Have
Skills:
• BRD, FRD, and User Story documentation.
• Current-state and future-state process analysis.
• Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar reporting tools. Preferred
Skills:
• Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering. Additional
