•
• Consolidate existing incident history, problem records, prior investigations, architecture materials, vendor recommendations, performance evidence, and completed changes.
•
• Assess the current-state environment across applications, workflows, data flows, compute, VDI/HPC, workstations, network, storage, security, backup and recovery, monitoring, and support processes.
•
• Establish measurable performance baselines and identify application, infrastructure, data-flow, configuration, and operational root causes.
•
• Define and document the approved target-state architecture, technical design, operating model, remediation roadmap, implementation waves, testing approach, rollback approach, monitoring requirements, and operational ownership.
•
• Create architecture and technical design artifacts and support their review, revision, and approval through applicable governance processes.
•
• Translate business, operational, and technical requirements into scalable, secure, resilient, high-performing, and supportable solutions.
•
• Provide architecture direction during implementation of approved application, configuration, data, storage, compute, VDI/HPC, workstation, network, security, monitoring, and operational changes.
