Role Description The Naturopath Doctor role at Metanoia Health & Wellness is a full-time, on-site position located in Windsor, ON. The naturopath will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health history reviews, physical examinations, and discussion of wellness goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, recommending natural therapies, and providing lifestyle, nutrition, and preventive health counseling. The naturopath will monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate, confidential medical records. Additional duties may include collaborating with other wellness practitioners, participating in community outreach or education, and contributing to clinic protocols and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario, and graduation from an accredited naturopathic medical program.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-informed naturopathic treatments, including nutrition, botanical medicine, lifestyle counseling, and preventive care.
• Strong clinical assessment skills, including history-taking, physical examination, and development of safe, effective care plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, explain treatment options clearly, and support diverse clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary wellness environment and to contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
• Organizational skills for managing appointments, documentation, and follow-up care, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Comfort with using electronic health records and basic digital tools to document care and coordinate patient communication.
• Interest in community engagement, patient education, and ongoing professional development in naturopathic and integrative health.
