• Ability to perform general labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, cleaning, and basic yard work safely and efficiently.
• Experience with property services including outdoor maintenance, minor repairs, and general upkeep of residential or commercial spaces.
• Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, polite interaction, and respect for customer property and privacy.
• Reliable transportation within the Greater Toronto Area and ability to travel to various job sites on time.
• Comfort using mobile apps and smartphones to receive, review, and manage job assignments.
• Good time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Awareness of basic workplace safety practices and willingness to use appropriate protective equipment.
• Previous experience in general labour, cleaning, moving, landscaping, or handyman work is an asset but not required.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and readiness to operate as an independent contractor.
