Job Summary: We are seeking Seasoned experienced Salesforce Developers with strong experience to design, develop, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions, The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business, finance, and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
• Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation for financial data
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure solutions adhere to financial controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards
• Participate in code reviews, deployments, and release management using CI/CD tools
• Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices Required Skills &

Qualifications:
• 9 to 10 years of very hands-on Salesforce development experience
• 2 to 3 years recent with CPQ preferred
• Hands-on experience identifying, troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving Salesforce application defects, production issues, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks.
• Proven experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows
• Solid understanding of financial systems, accounting processes, and ERP concepts
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
• Proficiency in Salesforce security models, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies Certifications:
• Salesforce CPQ certification is preferred, demonstrating expertise in product configuration, pricing rules, quoting, and approval workflows.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification is desirable, supporting strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and custom Salesforce development.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is preferred, demonstrating knowledge of product configuration, pricing, discounting, and quote management.
