Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Application Production Support Analyst to support critical Asset Finance & Securitization, Credit, and Working Capital applications within a global banking environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of business-critical applications, providing L1/L2 production support, managing incidents, deployments, and collaborating with infrastructure, development, and business teams. This role requires strong expertise in application support, troubleshooting, scripting, SQL, and financial services technology platforms. Experience supporting Asset Finance, Securitization, Credit, or Capital Markets applications is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Operations
• Provide L1/L2 application production support for critical financing and banking applications.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management activities following ITIL best practices.
• Support application deployments, releases, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Support data flows between Asset Finance, Credit, Working Capital, and related upstream/downstream systems.
• Participate in on-call support rotation and provide 24/7 production support when required. Application & Infrastructure Management
• Maintain application environments across Unix/Linux and Windows platforms.
• Perform application installations, configurations, and upgrades.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, availability, and reliability.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities.
• Participate in disaster recovery, backup recovery, and business continuity testing. Security & Governance
• Ensure compliance with information security standards and governance frameworks.
• Manage vulnerability remediation, server obsolescence, and security-related initiatives.
• Support CyberArk controls and account management processes.
• Ensure adherence to data protection and regulatory requirements. Project & Process Improvement
• Support technology and infrastructure-related projects.
• Document technical processes, workflows, and support procedures.
• Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews and implementation planning.
• Drive automation and process improvements using scripting and AI-driven solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, prioritization sessions, and production readiness reviews. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Application Production Support experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Asset Finance & Securitization, Credit, or Working Capital applications.
• Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux and Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL and database troubleshooting.
• Experience with at least one scripting language:
• Python
• Shell Script
• Perl
• Batch Scripting
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE applications and application troubleshooting.
• Experience with application deployments and release support.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or other ITSM tools. Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of MQ, WebSphere, Tomcat, and middleware technologies.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Understanding of structured finance products including:
• Asset-Backed Securities (ABS)
• Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS)
• Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS)
• CLOs and Special Purpose Funds
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Exposure to automation and AI-driven operational improvements. Required Skills
