Cette opportunité fait partie de Systemex Industries Conseils (SIC) SIC recherche un(e) comptable pour assurer la gestion des activités comptables quotidiennes, mensuelles et annuelles, et contribuer activement aux opérations financières de l’entreprise. Nous souhaitons accueillir une personne ayant de l’expérience dans les petites entreprises, où le multitâche et la polyvalence sont essentiels, capable de porter plusieurs chapeaux et de s’adapter rapidement aux besoins d’une PME. La personne idéale possédera également une solide expérience avec les systèmes ERP et un réel intérêt pour l’automatisation et l’amélioration des processus dans l’environnement ERP. Responsabilités principales:
• Enregistrer et maintenir l’ensemble des transactions financières, incluant comptes payables et recevables, dépenses, taxes (TPS/TVQ/TVH) et écritures de fin de mois.
• Gérer les comptes fournisseurs et clients (validation, facturation selon contrats, suivi des paiements et encaissements, maintien de la trésorerie).
• Participer aux processus de fin de mois (conciliations bancaires et cartes, amortissements, écritures comptables).
• Effectuer la paie, les DAS ainsi que la préparation, vérification et production des remises de taxes.
• Contribuer à la gestion de la trésorerie et au suivi des flux financiers.
• Préparer des rapports financiers, analyses et indicateurs de performance (KPI).
• Participer aux audits (internes, externes, gouvernementaux), préparer le dossier de fin d’année et autres parties externes.
• Assurer la conformité fiscale et réglementaire, soutenir les opérations quotidiennes (achats, AP, AR), contribuer à l’amélioration des pratiques et contrôles internes et répondre aux autres demandes liées au rôle.
• Optimiser les méthodes de travail quotidiennes afin d’améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle des processus comptables.
• Utiliser et optimiser les logiciels comptables et les systèmes de gestion, notamment les ERP, afin de soutenir les activités financières. Ce que nous recherchons :
• BAC en comptabilité; titre CPA (atout) avec 2 à 5+ ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire.
• Excellente maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Excel avancé) et des systèmes ERP, tel que Maestro, SAP, ou similaire.
• Solides capacités d’analyse et aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement de PME où la polyvalence et l’adaptabilité sont essentielles.
• Sens de l’initiative, débrouillardise, professionnalisme, curiosité et esprit d’équipe, avec la capacité de développer, d’implanter et d’améliorer des contrôles internes dans les opérations comptables quotidiennes.
• La maîtrise du français est obligatoire. This role is part of Systemex Industrial Consulting (SIC) SIC is seeking an Accountant to manage day-to-day, monthly, and annual accounting activities and play an active role in the company’s financial operations. We are looking for someone with experience working in small businesses, where multitasking and versatility are essential, who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and can quickly adapt to the evolving needs of a growing organization. The ideal candidate will also have strong experience working with ERP systems and a genuine interest in automating and improving processes within the ERP environment.
Responsibilities:
• Record and maintain all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, expenses, taxes (GST/QST/HST), and month-end entries.
• Manage supplier and customer accounts (validation, contract-based invoicing, payment and collection follow-up, and cash flow maintenance).
• Participate in month-end processes (bank and credit card reconciliations, amortization, accounting entries).
• Process payroll, source deductions, as well as the preparation, verification, and filing of tax remittances.
• Contribute to cash management and monitoring of financial flows.
• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in audits (internal, external, government), prepare the year-end file, and collaborate with tax specialists and other external parties.
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance, support daily operations (purchasing, AP, AR), contribute to improving internal practices and controls, and respond to other role-related requests.
• Optimize daily work methods to improve the operational efficiency of accounting processes.
• Utilize and optimize accounting software and management systems, including ERP platforms, to support financial operations. What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA designation considered an asset, with 2 to 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent proficiency with the MS Office suite (advanced Excel) and ERP systems, such as Maestro, SAP, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a small business environment where versatility and adaptability are essential.
• Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, professionalism, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to develop, implement, and continuously improve internal controls within day-to-day accounting operations.
