• Tuition Reimbursement Principal Accountabilities
• Adhere to prioritized loading procedures by confirming product availability prior initiate loading and managing commitment, queuing, and sequencing releases
• Oversees inventory system by monitoring production levels, validating inventory records, and quarantining products to comply with regulatory restrictions
• Monitor and support system operations functionality, coordinating system activities update and completing required operations as needed
• Ensure reliability of the system by conducting routine maintenance and data validation tasks, producing operational and diagnostic reports, and initiating corrective and escalation procedures for control system failures
• Communicate operational needs to enable successful order fulfillment, execute additional assignments as required to support department performance, and contribute creative solutions aimed at improving processes and operational effectiveness Required Qualifications
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, bending, and working in confined or elevated spaces
• Comfortably working in industrial environments with exposure to heat, cold, and machinery
• Solid understanding and knowledge of standard shipping operations and procedures
• Strong initiative with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively with minimal supervision
• Ability to work various schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
• Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SAP or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
