Calgary Warehouse Manager

Calgary, AB Full-time | Monday–Friday Are you an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys being hands-on, keeping things organized, and making sure the operation runs smoothly? We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our Calgary warehouse. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee shipping and receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, warehouse organization, equipment, and a small team. You’ll be the person who knows what is coming in, what is going out, what needs to be ordered, and what needs attention — while making sure the warehouse is safe, clean, organized, and ready to support our customers. What You’ll Do
• Lead the daily operation of the Calgary warehouse, including shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
• Oversee and support the Warehouse Assistant and Customer Service Representatives/Delivery Drivers
• Process daily orders for customers, delivery vehicles, and satellite warehouses
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and investigate discrepancies
• Work with office staff to monitor inventory needs and coordinate ordering
• Conduct inventory and equipment spot-checks
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and storage documentation
• Ensure regulated products and hazardous materials are properly documented and handled
• Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance and repairs
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Drive a commercial delivery vehicle when needed to support service and sales activities
• Identify problems, find practical solutions, and keep things moving What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who has hands-on warehouse experience and the ability to take ownership of a warehouse operation. You may be a great fit if you are currently a:

• Warehouse/Distribution professional with strong inventory and shipping/receiving experience Your background should include:
• Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or inventory environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with inventory control and maintaining accurate records
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working around equipment
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both warehouse and office teams
• A positive, dependable, hands-on approach
• The ability to work independently while also leading and supporting a team Assets include:
• Warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
• Forklift certification
• WHMIS/GHS knowledge
• Education or training in warehousing, logistics, or a related field Physical & Working Requirements This is a hands-on warehouse position, not a desk-only management role. You must be comfortable:
• Standing and moving around the warehouse for extended periods
• Regularly lifting up to approximately 50 lbs.
• Bending, twisting, and performing physical warehouse duties
• Maneuvering large-volume drums with mechanical assistance
• Working indoors and occasionally outdoors in varying weather conditions
• A clean driving record and safe driving habits are required.
