2320 St. Laurent Blvd, Ottawa, ON K1G 6C4 Work Schedule: 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week, Full-time & Permanent Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000 Carmichael is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work and manage all aspects of certain customer accounts. Tasks and
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
• Resolve customer concerns in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
• Schedule and dispatch service requests accurately
• Work with other departments to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Process and accurately close work orders
• Contact existing customers to schedule appointments
• Communicate with service technicians
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in a customer service oriented role or similar position.
• Bilingual in English/French
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to handle difficult customers
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Time management skills
