- Executing best in class cocktail recipes Executing wine by the glass and wine flights Adhereing to inventory control procedures (receiving, stocking); participating in monthly inventory process Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the bar locations at all times Running food in our dining areas, and assisting with all phases of service in our dining room and tasting pavilion Assisting with setups and takedowns for dining and group functions Assisting with all opening and closing duties Assisting with offsite events
