Our client, a global consulting firm, is in need of an Oracle HCM Consultant. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
• High level experience with software such as Oracle HCM cloud, Taleo, Workday, Success Factors or other HRIS systems
• Proven track record implementing HCM solutions from a functional perspective with experience in any of the following modules: Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Performance & Goals Management, Time & Labor or Payroll
• Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership.

- Oracle HCM Cloud Nice to have
- Oracle Fusion Nice to have
- Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) Nice to have
- Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Certified Nice to have
- Oracle Talent Management Cloud Certified Nice to have
- Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist Nice to have
- Security Clearance – Enhanced Reliability Nice to have
- Bilingual – Fluent - French/English Nice to have
