Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Support Specialists to help maintain clean, safe, and comfortable home environments for our clients. You will provide light to moderate housekeeping services, always with a focus on client safety, dignity, and respect for their personal space.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping
Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
Change bed linens and make beds
Do laundry including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing
Organize closets, cupboards, and living spaces as requested
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
Empty trash and recycling bins
Light meal preparation and kitchen cleanup
Monitor and report home safety hazards
Follow client-specific cleaning preferences and schedules
Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely
Maintain client confidentiality and respect personal belongings
Required Qualifications
MANDATORY:
Minimum 1 year of professional housekeeping experience (private homes, hotels, healthcare facilities, or similar)
Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities (preferred)
Strong command of English
Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) completed within the last 6 months
Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and product safety
PREFERRED:
Formal training in housekeeping or environmental services
Experience in healthcare settings (hospitals, long-term care, home care)
Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle
First Aid and CPR certification
Additional language skills

Work Schedule
Flexible day shifts available
Part-time and full-time positions
Monday to Friday with occasional weekend availability
Consistent client assignments when possible
