Job Description:

Ensure the safety and security of people, premises, and property.
Monitor surveillance equipment and investigate alarms or disturbances.
Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to enforce security policies.
Control access to facilities by permitting or denying entry to authorized personnel.
Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure and report any suspicious activities.
Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as necessary.
Prepare and maintain reports on incidents, accidents, and other security-related matters.
Ensure compliance with security procedures, regulations, and laws.
Collaborate with law enforcement authorities as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid security guard license/certification.
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Basic knowledge of security systems and protocols.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and/or patrol for extended periods.
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
