- Ensure compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations and legislative requirements
- Promote professionalism, ethical business practices, and a strong work ethic
- Support efficient pharmacy operations, including staff productivity, training, and payroll management
- Lead resource planning, performance standards, and development initiatives
- Communicate and execute company policies, programs, and directives
- Maintain strong inventory control and operational accuracy
- Contribute to business development and help grow pharmacy sales and profitability
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, patient-first environment
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- 2–3 years of pharmacy experience
- Proven supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of motivation, resourcefulness, and organizational discipline
- Strong business acumen and customer service mindset
