What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspecting gear, including chain slings, wire rope, shackles, and tie-down/securement equipment
- Building new chain slings, wire rope slings, and custom assemblies
- Using power tools such as grinders, cutters, and presses safely and accurately
- Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and safety in the shop
- Assisting with incoming/outgoing orders, tagging, testing, and inventory
- Working closely with the rest of the shop and field teams to keep jobs moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Comfortable with labour-intensive and physical work; hands-on work in a shop environment
Able to safely operate hand and power tools (experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person)
Strong attention to detail — especially when inspecting gear
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Willing to learn new skills and grow with us
Experience in rigging, mechanical work, or fabrication is an asset, but not required
