• Respond to any problems and follow up with the appropriate departments or field units.
• Maintain and operate a multi-line telephone console system.
• Respond to product and delivery-related inquiries.
• Direct crews and other field units to the appropriate locations using the radio, phone, or computer.
• Prioritize and categorize calls based on their importance.
• To prioritize their daily program, supervise the route and status of field units.
• Keep call logs, call records, and other vital paperwork up to date.
Requirements
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar job is required.
• Strong understanding of emergency procedures and protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with data entry experience.
• The ability to work well under duress.
