• 2- 5 years of experience in administrative related work;

• Experience in Human Resources is an asset;

• Mining experience is an asset;

• Strong ability to effectively communicate in Inuktitut and English (Oral and written);

• Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint;

• Organize and coordinate cultural activities and events at site to promote employee engagement and community involvement;

• Provide support to all employees regarding workplace and employee relations matters; 

• Provide support with HR administrative tasks and ensure compliance with Agnico policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations;

• Foster community relations by organizing and participating in liaison activities, including Nunavut Day, Family Day, and Christmas events.
