Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Duration: 12 + Months
Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead ongoing management of CRE's Service Partners globally in accordance with Supplier Management & Governance Framework.
- Manage contract deliverables including timely reporting, KPI adherence validation, and periodic audits.
- Act as CRE Subject Matter Expert providing leadership and training to Regional Service Area Leads. Lead resolution of supplier-related audit or operational risk issues.
- Partner with CoEs and Regional Leads on Project Summit implementation.
- Assist with performance issues and escalations from CRE Service Lines.
Must have skills:
- At least 7 years of Corporate Real Estate, Supplier Management and/or Contract Management experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Superior Relationship Management skills
- Superior Negotiation and Influencing decisions skills
- Proficiency in writing and reviewing contract
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and financial acumen
Nice to have skills:
- Experience in risk identification and mitigation
- Experience in the Financial Industry
