As a Store Manager, you will report to the Multi Site Leader and be responsible for driving growth and brand awareness within your store. Leading by example, you will create a dynamic environment for both customers and employees, ensuring that everyone thrives. Your leadership will shape the way your team interacts with customers and achieves their KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and manage store profitability
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience through team training
- Oversee inventory management and fulfillment processes
- Maintain merchandising standards and store organization
- Implement retail campaigns and monitor visual standards
Requirements:
- Experience in high-volume retail environments
- Proven leadership skills with staff development focus
- Financial management experience in sales and budget control
- Understanding of local market key factors
