Apply business analysis and SCM systems expertise onsite in downtown Calgary, supporting process issues, testing, and system enhancements. This is a 100% onsite contract.
InSync Systems Inc. seeks an SCM Business Analyst for a four-month contract, with possible extensions. The role supports business processes, system information, and project activities while maintaining vendor relationships for non-IT projects. You will coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to address business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support SCM systems and applications
- Investigate and resolve business process and system issues
- Develop User Acceptance Testing scenarios
- Track defects and validate requirements
- Coordinate system enhancements with stakeholders and technical teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Two to four years of related experience
- Strong business analysis and analytical skills
- Experience documenting business requirements and processes
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency
