Lead fashion retail performance at OAK + FORT in Metrotown, managing sales, client service, visual merchandising, and team development in Burnaby.
As a full-time Store Manager, you will oversee store productivity, operations, people management, and adherence to company goals. You will build client relationships, drive sales through eCommerce and social media, and maintain OAK + FORT's Sales Culture. The role also requires business acumen, P&L management, coaching, and organized communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet store volume sales requirements and maximize special-event performance
- Build client relationships through database recording and service follow-up
- Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop store employees
- Maintain merchandise presentation, stock organization, and store cleanliness
- Create weekly schedules and oversee cash, shipping, receiving, and loss prevention
Requirements:
- Retail leadership experience in a similar-volume location
- Ability to influence others and drive measurable results
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage P&L
- Effective communication, coaching, adaptability, and resourcefulness
- Focus on people development and career growth
