Brookfield Residential seeks a Customer Care Technician for its Calgary location. You will manage homeowner and trade communications, conduct scheduled orientations and warranty reviews, and address call-in service requests. The position requires confident investigations and clear service determinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct two, twelve, and eighteen month home inspections
- Inspect warranty concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate walkthrough schedules and detailed work orders
- Manage complex repairs involving multiple work scopes
- Assess and mitigate field-level safety hazards
Requirements:
- Five years of residential construction or renovation experience
- Progressive customer service experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of New Home Warranty guidelines
