Design blended learning solutions in Mississauga with adult learning expertise, accessibility knowledge, and experience supporting credit adjudication programs.
As a Senior Learning Experience Designer at TD, you will conduct needs analysis and develop learning solutions for credit adjudication. Your work will support underwriter credit acumen, risk tolerance, and policy interpretation. The national mandate includes initiatives serving credit centers across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design blended learning and performance solutions supporting strategic priorities
- Recommend learning solutions for credit adjudication content
- Lead project scoping, planning, and learner experience standards
- Build partner relationships through meetings and working sessions
- Develop accessible online learning solutions using established standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in instructional design or related field
- Five or more years of instructional design experience
- Experience with Microsoft applications, Adobe Creative Suite, and authoring tools
- Strong project management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of accessibility requirements, including JAWS
Bring instructional design, accessibility, and credit learning expertise to TD's national RESL Operations initiatives.
