Become a Retail Store Supervisor, focusing on team leadership and sales at our physical location. This role includes supervising staff, training new employees, and managing inventory.
We are looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to oversee store operations. No prior experience is required, as we will provide training. Key aspects of the role involve assigning duties to sales staff, preparing reports on sales performance, and resolving customer issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage store staff, including apprentices and design team
- Assign specific duties to sales personnel
- Hire, train, and mentor new staff members
- Establish schedules for store operations
- Maintain and organize inventory levels
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills for customer service
- Ability to work on-site without remote options
- Basic understanding of sales processes and merchandising
