AI and machine learning are central to this Data Scientist role, based remotely in Canada for a healthcare recruitment platform. Build practical solutions from concept through implementation.
This position focuses on predictive models, modern AI, and product improvement across a digital job-matching business. You will develop LLM-powered applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, and prompt evaluation workflows. Your work will also cover statistical analysis, user journeys, matching supply and demand, and experiment outcomes. Cross-functional communication will connect technical findings with implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take machine learning models from concept through practical implementation
- Improve LLM features, retrieval quality, and output evaluation
- Monitor model performance and identify performance regressions
- Analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, and matching friction
- Present recommendations and measure impact after deployment
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with machine learning and modern AI solutions
- Practical LLM and RAG experience in production environments
- Advanced Python, including pandas, scikit-learn, and NumPy
- Strong SQL and statistical analysis capabilities
- Clear communication of complex findings to stakeholders
Use modern AI, machine learning, Python, and analytical communication to deliver measurable improvements for healthcare recruitment technology.
