We are looking for Cooks for AM and PM shifts dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations within our prestigious property. If you are detail-oriented and love working in a vibrant kitchen, this is the perfect position for you. Collaborate with a passionate team committed to sustainability and fine dining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service while cooking high-quality meals
- Effectively manage kitchen and dining area cleanliness
- Process special dietary requirements and adapt to menu changes
- Track and maintain inventory of food and supplies
- Communicate efficiently with front-of-house staff
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of cooking experience in fine dining
- Strong communication skills in a team setting
- Ability to manage time and tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Attention to detail and creativity in the kitchen
