We're Looking For a Talent Acquisition Specialist We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to strategically build our internal team and secure the talent necessary for our next phase of growth. This dual-focus role manages both internal recruitment and external talent acquisition across our core departments: Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Training. This remote position requires someone with deep expertise in recruiting for high-stakes Sales and Sales Leadership roles and a mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter. The ideal candidate will be a true partner to our leaders, embodying our core values while securing top-tier talent. Key Responsibilities: 1. External Talent Acquisition & Elite Sourcing Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all external candidates across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Training, upholding our If You're Not First, You're Last commitment to excellence in talent quality. Act as the subject matter expert for LinkedIn Recruiter, executing advanced Boolean searches, leveraging Spotlights, and utilizing InMail best practices to proactively engage and secure passive talent in the RevOps and B2B Sales space. Develop data-driven sourcing strategies and provide pipeline analysis to hiring managers, embodying Innovation via Progress in recruitment process optimization. Conduct behavioral and technical screenings, assessing candidates' skills, cultural alignment, and fit for specialized Sales and Sales Leadership roles. 2. Internal Recruitment & Partnership Manage the internal recruitment process by identifying and assessing existing employees for suitability in open roles across departments, acting with Stewardship over our talent. Work closely with managers and employees to facilitate the internal application and hiring process, ensuring fair and transparent practices that reflect You Never Walk Alone. Partner with department heads to understand business objectives and talent forecasting needs, ensuring both internal and external strategies are aligned. Requirements 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably for a consulting agency, SaaS company, or high-growth B2B environment. Deep, hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate, demonstrated by mastery of advanced search filters, project management, and high-response-rate InMail campaigns. Proven expertise in recruiting for B2B Sales and Sales Leadership roles (e.g., Account Executives, Sales Managers), with a strong network in the sales enablement space. Working knowledge of the HubSpot platform is required, reflecting our status as an Elite Partner. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate our HubSpot Elite Partner status and B Corp mission to prospective candidates. Demonstrated ability to manage diverse pipelines and collaborate effectively with hiring teams, reflecting You Never Walk Alone.
