As a PSW, you will collaborate with a team focused on making meaningful impacts while enjoying support through extensive training and mentorship. Flexibility in work hours is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care and daily activities
- Engage in social interaction to provide companionship
- Maintain client confidentiality and accurate records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals on care plans
- Conduct light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks
Requirements:
- Valid PSW Certificate or relevant nursing experience
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification required
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
