Bring a refined fashion sensibility to RW&CO as an Apparel Designer, developing silhouettes, colour stories, fabrics, and garment concepts.
This Fashion Designer role supports RW&CO's evolving brand positioning and renewed creative direction. You will interpret trends through the brand lens, responding to customers and business priorities. Close partnership with Merchandising and other key partners will connect initial concepts with fittings, reviews, and final collection delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate global fashion influences into relevant design directions
- Create silhouettes, colour stories, fabrics, and garment details
- Communicate creative intent through sketches and concepts
- Bring design perspective to fittings and collection reviews
- Balance creative vision, customer relevance, and commercial opportunity
Requirements:
- Three to five years of fashion design experience
- University degree or college diploma in Fashion Design
- Refined understanding of garment construction and proportion
- Curiosity about fashion, culture, and emerging trends
- Excellent attention to detail in design materials
Use your fashion insight and garment development expertise to help define relevant, desirable RW&CO collections for today's customer.
