Shape Sofina's employee experience through learning design, talent management, and engagement initiatives supporting people and culture.
Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, this specialist contributes to corporate training and Human Resources programs. Responsibilities span role-specific content, onboarding, employee surveys, talent management cycles, behavioural assessments, and projects focused on employee experience, training, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop role-specific training materials and delivery approaches
- Support talent management cycle activities with the business
- Educate managers on employee survey tools
- Assist with exit interviews and onboarding execution
- Coordinate Sofina culture initiatives and People Day activities
Requirements:
- Three to five years of corporate HR and training experience
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiating skills
- Experience designing and delivering training materials
- Working knowledge of HCM or HRIS platforms
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce preferred
