Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily foundry operations and production processes

- Uphold safety practices and PPE compliance
Requirements:
- 5+ years in supervisory roles within manufacturing
- Experience in unionized settings is essential
- Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong communication and leadership strengths
- Post-secondary education is advantageous
